The Goddess Sessions (Livestream)

Saturdays, March 13th, April 3rd, & May 2nd

3:30- 4:30 pm MST

Embrace yoga’s roots and connect with your inner goddess in this divine series. Each 60-minute session is dedicated to a Hindu goddess and includes discussion, a themed vinyasa flow practice, and meditation. We will explore and invite in the stories, iconography, and spiritual energy of goddesses Lakshmi, Saraswati, and Kali. Which goddess do you relate to and how can your inner goddess serve you to show up fully for the people in your life? Sally Kempton’s Awakening Shakti: The Transformative Power of the Goddesses of Yoga will be our guide. I highly recommend this book to all!

Foundations of Yoga

Wednesdays, 5:00-6:00pm MST

This 4-week series is designed for beginners and beginners at heart! The goal is to introduce foundational alignment and movement to interested and motivated students. What can you expect?

  • You will move a lot!

  • You will learn basic foundation (ie. where do I put my hands and feet in yoga poses?) and alignment (ie. how to move the body with ease).

  • You will be introduced to poses intentionally so that you may alleviate issues with neck, back, shoulder, and lower back pain and/or discomfort.

  • You will gain strength and flexibility.

  • You will hopefully gain confidence and be motivated to continue with a consistent yoga practice,

  • ...and more!

Yoga for Runners (Livestream)

Interested in an amazing cross-training tool to compliment your running this spring? Whether you are a social jogger, an experienced 5-k racer, or training for a marathon, the benefits that a runner can experience from yoga are exponential. A regular yoga practice can:
